Calder's colorful gouache Untitled (1947) has been adapted into an allover print for this boxy cropped tee. Made from medium weight cotton, and finished with Calder's signature printed on back.

Although celebrated for his work in three dimensions, Calder was also a prodigious painter. In the 1940s, as he became increasingly prolific in his sculptural output, he delved into gouache painting. Even when working in two dimensions, Calder adeptly conveyed a sense of movement using select curvilinear motifs. These intuitively distilled patterns, rhythms, and symbols reappear across mediums—in paintings, drawings, sculptures, and jewelry—expressing endless motion.
